KwentaPOS is a Point of Sale (POS) system designed for Filipino small businesses including sari-sari stores, convenience shops, and cafés. The service provides inventory management, sales tracking, and business analytics tools.

3. Important Disclaimer: BIR Accreditation & Tax Compliance

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:

KwentaPOS is NOT accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines.
Receipts, invoices, and other documents generated by KwentaPOS CANNOT be used for tax claims, tax deductions, or any official BIR-related purposes.
KwentaPOS is designed primarily as an inventory management and sales tracking system for internal business use only.
For official receipts and invoices that comply with BIR regulations, please use a BIR-accredited POS system or consult with a licensed accountant.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations in the Philippines.

By using KwentaPOS, you acknowledge and agree that KwentaPOS and its developers shall not be held liable for any tax-related issues, penalties, or disputes arising from the use of receipts or documents generated by this system for tax purposes.
