POS for restaurants, carinderias, and eateries

Restaurant POS system for the Philippines

From a ten-table carinderia to a full restaurant, KwentaPOS takes the order, sends it to the kitchen, tracks what each dish really costs, and closes the day with a report you can trust.

  • No credit card to start
  • Works fully offline
  • GCash and Maya ready
  • Cancel anytime

Sound like your restaurant?

We built KwentaPOS with owners of restaurants, carinderias, and eateries across the Philippines. These are the things they told us first.

  • Orders go from waiter to kitchen on paper and the kitchen loses them
  • You have no idea what a plate of sisig costs you after ingredients
  • Customers pay half cash, half GCash, and the math at closing never adds up
  • Suppliers deliver, stock goes in, and nobody records it

What KwentaPOS does for a restaurant

One app for the counter, the stockroom, and the owner. Every feature below is included; nothing is a bolt-on you have to buy from someone else.

01

Kitchen display system

Every paid order appears on a kitchen screen in sequence. Cooks mark items in progress and done. Runs on any spare tablet in the kitchen.

02

Recipes and food cost

Set up ingredients and recipes per dish. Stock is deducted as you sell and the food cost calculator shows margin per menu item so you can price with confidence.

03

Split, partial, and e-wallet payments

Take cash, GCash, Maya, and card on one bill. Record reference numbers and reconcile wallets from the shift report.

04

Purchases and suppliers

Log purchase orders and deliveries so stock goes up when the supplier arrives and you can see what you spend per supplier per month.

05

Staff attendance and payroll

Built-in DTR with time-in and time-out, plus payroll with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG deductions and printable payslips.

06

Offline and multi-branch

The POS keeps running when the internet does not. Open a second location and manage both from one owner hub with consolidated reports.

Up and running before the next customer.

Restaurant POS questions

Does the restaurant POS include a kitchen display?

Yes. Orders show on a kitchen display screen as soon as they are paid, with item status you can update from the kitchen. No extra software to buy.

Can I track ingredient costs per dish?

Yes. Create recipes from your ingredients and KwentaPOS deducts them per sale and reports food cost and margin. A standalone food cost calculator is also included.

Can a customer pay part cash and part GCash?

Yes. Split a bill across cash, GCash, Maya, and card, and record e-wallet reference numbers per payment.

Does it handle staff time-in and payroll?

Yes. The DTR tracks attendance, and payroll computes pay with statutory deductions and generates payslips you can print on a thermal printer or export as PDF.

Do I need a special POS terminal for a restaurant?

No. KwentaPOS runs on any tablet, phone, or laptop. Thermal receipt printers (58mm and 80mm, Bluetooth, USB, or Web Serial) are optional.
