POS for retail shops and boutiques

Retail POS system for small stores in the Philippines

Scan the barcode, pick the size and color, take GCash or cash, print the receipt. KwentaPOS gives a boutique, ukay-ukay, or general merchandise store the tools of a big retailer at a corner-store price.

  • No credit card to start
  • Works fully offline
  • GCash and Maya ready
  • Cancel anytime

Sound like your retail store?

We built KwentaPOS with owners of retail shops and boutiques across the Philippines. These are the things they told us first.

  • Stock counts drift because sales are logged in a notebook and inventory in a spreadsheet
  • The same shirt in five sizes is five separate mess-ups at the counter
  • You cannot see which products move and which ones just sit
  • Staff sell from your phone with no record of who did what

What KwentaPOS does for a retail store

One app for the counter, the stockroom, and the owner. Every feature below is included; nothing is a bolt-on you have to buy from someone else.

01

Barcode scanning

Scan with a USB or Bluetooth scanner. Products with no barcode get a search you can type into.

02

Variants by size, color, and more

One product, many variants, each with its own stock and price. See exactly which size is left.

03

Inventory that stays accurate

Stock deducts on every sale, goes up on every delivery you log, and alerts you before a best seller runs out.

04

Cashier accounts and shifts

Each staff member logs in with their own account. Shift reports show sales per cashier and cash variance at close.

05

Promotions and discounts

Run percentage or fixed discounts, senior and PWD discounts, and time-bound promos without hand-editing prices.

06

Reports you will actually read

Daily sales, best sellers, slow movers, profit margins, and payment method breakdowns. Export when your accountant asks.

Up and running before the next customer.

Retail store POS questions

Does the retail POS support barcode scanners?

Yes. USB and Bluetooth scanners work out of the box as keyboard input. Products without barcodes are searchable by name.

Can I track the same product in different sizes and colors?

Yes. Variants carry their own stock, price, and barcode, so you can see exactly which size of which color is left.

Can my staff have their own logins?

Yes. Create cashier accounts with limited permissions, open and close shifts per person, and see sales per cashier in the reports.

Does it work if the internet goes down in the store?

Yes. The POS works fully offline and syncs when you reconnect. Receipts still print.
